Maybe sometimes she didn't get filler instead she got laser treatments to her skin? Katy on the other hand has shown more signs of age. The last shot of CTTR, the smile lines are really deep. But at least these lines means she didn't get Botox. Plus she is actually a little older than Gaga. I think Gaga's condition is younger but Katy's facial features has helped her to stay younger longer idk if this makes sense.
