I love the thought behind this :)

I like how you sort of used what her interest was for the album and made it your own

I think it just needs some cleaning up :)

LOL her album is going to be so much better than this

Why thank you..I only spent about three non-consecutive hours recreating the logo, making the text, and thinking of song concepts..It's supposed to be different from what others are saying an I'm just bored..thank you though..

Rolling my eyes at some people in this thread tbh. If you don't like the ideas, then you don't have to comment. The OP didn't ask for criticism (not that a rude comment is criticism...).

I thought part of being in the little monster community was sharing gaga-inspired projects. Not all of them may be up to Gaga's caliber to you- they're not supposed to be. Gaga is a grown woman who has been doing this for years and works with a team of other professionals. It's not really fair to compare monster projects to her own work when that wasn't even the OP's intentions. This was just for fun. At the very least, show some support for something a little monster has put work into!

Some of you guys are being jerks, tbh, and it actually irritates me. :laughga:

Personally, I really like a lot of the ideas you had, and it was obvious to me that you did research while compiling your thoughts. I like the combination of mythology and pop culture- although I may be biased as I am a huge mythology nerd and did my graduation project on greek mythology in modern culture!

I would love to see this expanded even more. Maybe even brainstorm some music videos. The idea of Gaga working even a little bit with mythology gets me all hot and bothered. I've never understood why she hasn't before, seeing as how she's taking the name "Mother Monster," which was what Echidna was called (she birthed the race of monster).

Anyway, great work! I love the way you think!

Are you a Plath fan or did you just toodle through some of her work to get some inspiration?

Recently, I've been reading through some of Plath's poems, and I was doing it while thinking of song names and thought it kinda related to the Born This Way theme, but being reborn after death. It's a cycle. The beginning of Born this Way was the birth of a popstar, the end was The Edge of Glory, a song about decay and death, which leads to this album, which ends with the rebirth of their career. Thank you so much for this kind comment, it made my day ^-^

No problem! If you're interested in Plath's poetry, you should check out the novel she wrote- The Bell Jar. It's a great book (personally one of my favorites). It definitely addresses the place of women in society, the strains of creativity and how that can manifest itself in madness and lead to the decay of "the artist"... at least IMO. It can be interpreted lots of different ways. A lot of people consider it to be the female answer to The Catcher in the Rye, although I think the comparisons between the two are quite limited.

Anyway, I'm babbling because I'm excited. Again, great work! :)

1. Turned to Stone - Reference to Medusa turning others to stone. About the pop star being preserved in history after death.
