The promo posters I saw only had 'Love' on it, not 'Young & In Love'. It's also available on Australian iTunes/Spotify. At the posters yes. But I think it was originally registered as "Young in love" and a fan/insider said that it was "Young and in love"

Even J-Lo has a song called "Love" If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.

The title that fit Blue Jeans is "The End of Time". The title that fits Cola is "Come On Baby". The title that fits West Coast is "I'm in Love". National Anthem. Ultraviolence. I agree a one word title called 'Love' is vague, generic and all. But she's taken that path plenty and I don't think the title really negates the song itself.
