My presale code didn't give me access to General Admissions

I called Ticketmaster to confirm and they said it was only for the 100 and 300 sections. So upset, she even said she had general admission still available but I couldn't buy them.

They were flat up lying to you because I was able to get GA floor tickets to pop up for Citi presale and the Joanne presale.....

I'm new here. If you're using a Citicard pre sale code, do you have a use a citi card to buy the tickets. It seems if you use the Citi Card password you needs a citi card to buy tickets

Yup!  The first option I had when purchasing with presale code today was GA Floor tickets.

You can keep trying but that indicates the presale code's GA availability is looking sold out. 

You could keep trying thru the day or wait until the general public sale. You may just have to choose a different ticket package like "best available" cuz that package looks like it's gone.
