If you really want to get them going give them another compliment like "your hair looks beautiful in your avi" or something. Keep on associating positivity with Million Reasons. Being good DOES pay off (contrary to Gaga saying otherwise in Diamond Heart). So please, for the love of god, if you do not have an twitter that completely unrelated to the stan world, thank them.
