Clearly option 1 is the best course of action.

And anyways, most people, even most gay people, wouldn't notice the flag was upside down, or think about if there's a specific way to display it, because it's geometrically symmetrical and its orientation isn't important since there's no similar-looking flags to confuse it with.

My post was more about the fact that his delusional gay fans always bring up this ONE incident where he wasn't homophobic. As if this could change all the other **** he said and is about to do

There were many more occasions where Trump said pro-LGBT things.

I think Trump himself is neutral on this issue and does whatever pleases [a] the public, [‎b] his Republican colleagues, or [c] his supporters.
