It's obvious she's talking about Radio 1. Those radio DJ's only play what THEY like and their friends music, but it's the biggest radio station in the UK. It's always puzzled me how they have such a grip on the UK music scene. For example, Radio 1 has pushed the music of - Adele (Went to the Brit School, a known proponent of Radio 1. They pushed her music back when no one knew who she was) Ed Sheeran (Was friends with all of the Radio dj's before his music was even released) Ellie Golding (Dated the Radio Dj who has one of the most successful Radio 1 shows) Calvin Harris (Has given them Live exclusives from his Ibiza Concerts) There are more but that's all i can think of off the top of my head. They are a very, 'scratch my back and i'll scratch you'rs' type of Radio Channel. Why do you think Gaga went and co-hosted one of the shows?
