I think it's anti-politicians in general but especially Trump due to Katy's connection with Clinton. 

Liberal Katy Perry and Bob Marley's grandson won't make a song with a rapping talking about conservatives rising up.

Seems to me like it's a call for liberals to rise up.

I get what you're saying though and it's applicable too.

I get what you're saying though and it's applicable too. 

My point is, however, that the content of the song is so incredibly loose that it could be applied to absolutely anything, so we might as well just ignore it altogether. It's meaningless. If it can be applied to anything, then applying it to Trump is meaningless.
