xoxo cupcakke 4,781
Lyrically, something better than what Katy has done in a while, but I was ultimately slain at first due to hype and now I'm just not sure how long this song will last for me. It's definitely a song that has some depth to it in the modern day, but I'm just not sure how long it will hold up or if people would really pay attention to it

Dominic 11,922
I'm still unsure. I like the message and the beat but the lyrics seem a bit clunky. One too many syllables at times. I don't know if it's gonna be at guaranteed smash because I think it lacks a punch but it could surprise me. So excited for the album though. The hardest thing in this world is to live in it
FlopSlurper 34,336
Why do you guys need to hate on every single artist that might be a threat to Gaga. Honestly the song is not that bad, it's way better than Roar, and that's coming from someone that really dislikes Katy, but credit where credit is due, the song isn't bad at all. Contra 145
Simple (no shade here), bright, danceable... I quite like it tbh, I am not a devoted Katy Perry fan but can't deny she's got some decent bops in ha pocket. Interested to see what she's got in store for her upcoming release. leecy 1,476
it's good she releases this kind of songs, we just don't have to care about the sales competition or the click rate, cause the quality itself is bad at the first place
Luke78619 23,315
I was SLAIN by the instrumental SNIPPET and had high hopes but the chorus and verses are just so messy and all over the place, there's no structure to it... genuinely surprised Sia helped with this insta: good_lukeing | I have nothing else to promote

The instrumentals are dooope! I need this come-back of Funk/disco music in my life I like the lyrics tho but I feel like it's too "pop" for the instrumentals: I don't know if you understand what I mean.. But I think that the lyrics could have been better for the music. Still I like & enjoy the song I like the verse of Skip Marley
sass bonbon 430
The instrumental isn't bad (Not really well for a Lead Single) but this lyrics. Why? bbhmm
bubbletea 364
"Chained to the rhythm" is an Work 2.0. both songs are pretty generic and catchy songs, but if we think, Work was only made to help TIDAL and like the Anti album! maybe C2TR and KP4 are only a marketing to Spotify
Gagadonna 10,801
I don't like it. It's soulless, not catchy and easily forgettable.
