He blamed the whole thing on Janet after the wardrobe malfunction, he always saves his ass first. I'm not blaming him for doing these things, I'm blaming him for the way he handled both of these things. We blame the person who intentionally caused something inappropriate to happen. Neither Janet nor Justin intentionally brought that about. I study law and perhaps this analogy helps. Intentionally performing sexual acts with malice on a victim and being forced by a kidnapper to commit sexual acts on another victim are different, even though their 'acts' might be the same. The latter could be completely innocent due to lack of guilty mind. Secondly, what happened was mutually agreed by both Janet and Justin. If they were to be blamed for something, it's for not informing the NFL about the stunt, not the accident itself. In the meanwhile, I'm still gonna support and purchase his music when he comes back.
