The guy on the horse represents Taylor (beautiful, all American, classic). Like she said in the #freethemango interview: 'It looks like I'm having fun, but I'm not. And I'm just trying to hold on and not fall of the horse.' I think she's talking about their relationship being in the public eye. The horse and all is a metaphor. The guy in car represents Luc (rock, wild, kinda dirty). Just like their relationship it was hard for her to get in at first, but when she got in eventually it got really rowdy.
