I used to greatly dislike her because of this reason, and also because of a much more prominent rift in between Gaga's fan base and hers. However, starting with Prism I've realized that yes, she does make somewhat generic hits, but she does them extremely well. She gets into that studio, produces a song that's catchy as all hell and is excellent, and she releases that song had a good time with that. I respect that. She doesn't just lump out a casual, low-production song - she puts out a song with Ana amazing visual and performs it and gives it hell. Even better, she puts on a great live show.
