It may be true within the limits of your personal experience. But it is not true in the context of much of the rest of the world. There are many of us who have witnessed and experienced it firsthand, in our own homes, schools and workplaces This rampant western anti-feminist trend is counter-productive; you don't acheive progress by invalidating social problems like this. If you're going to turn a blind eye against all the explanations and facts you've received from other members, and continue to say you're the only one with facts and valid arguments, so be it. No empathy tbh.

I couldn't disagree more with that.The way modern feminism works in the western world is actually really stupid and pointless and this is why this anti-feminist trend exists.. I mean most people that are against feminism (at least young people) do support the absolute equality between the sexes

Pointless? Oppression, sexism, misogyny, and more still exist even in America and some of it is as blatant as literal law enforcement  

Would I be correct in assuming that your experience with "modern feminism" is mostly limited to the internet? Like, what do you even know about feminism that might make you come to this conclusion? Feminism is unpopular because its about confrontation and challenging standards and expectations in society, and anti-feminism has been a trend since even before Feminism became a labeled thing. It's literally the status quo  

Also, simply stating that you believe in equality between the sexes does absolutely NOTHING to make this happen. Sorry to burst your bubble  In reality, the average person works against this cause all of the time  Like, how can you even help this cause if you don't even see Sexism for what it is when it occurs and you make excuses for it? How can you help when you shut down and try to invalidate the people who are on the ground experiencing sexism and sharing their stories; people who study society (sociologists, anthropologists, feminists) and make and share studies based on behavioral trends, biases, etc? How can you help when most people are not even likely to go out of their way to correct strangers that do or say sexist things? They don't even correct their friends, and they don't realize it when they do it themselves. It's a pointless position to make if you are not constantly criticizing your own beliefs and actions and making it a goal to confront, prevent, and dismantle sexism in your every day life  At that point, it just serves to make you sound like a good person.
