Nobody calls opinionated women bitches (at least not most people). 2)Same goes with rejection.People don't call a woman a bitch because she tells someone she isn't interested but because she can be snob and narcissistic. Bitch has exactly the same meaning that the words I mentioned before have and I find that pretty obvious. I never said you are bashing him for being a man ,I am saying that if he was a woman you wouldn't make it much of a deal. This is inaccurate. It's extremely common (especially with teenage girls) to be called a b*tch, or just to be generally degraded for not complying sexually with someone. Educate yourself, there's some good examples in this post. Just because you don't see it in your everyday life doesn't mean that it isn't a real issue for many women. http://thoughtcatalog.com/christine-stockton/2014/12/bitches-be-crazy/
DontDoubtDavid 1,194
The joke is truth tho. Latino families (including mine) have a problem with interracial couples. This is one of those old-school bigoted views that has become ingrained in the culture. I disagree with it, but I can see it being a joke by poking fun at its ridiculousness. But, they way he reacted was not professional at all.

If this is sexist, then calling someone a douchebag or a di ck is also equally sexist. The quote is relevant to women - other users have showed you examples, there are still articles written daily about how hard it is to be an assertive woman. Just because you don't see it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. It's generally hard to be assertive and opinionated in 2017. People now only like it when others are fun and have the opinions that are accepted. No I do not accept that people think that opinionated women are bitches.Opinionated women that are rude and agressive maybe
