If she had actually used tiny duct tape, it would've been funny (because that speaks to the idea of exaggeration by challenging the audiences expectations) but since it's just plain old scotch tape in its regular size, it's not really as funny. like, its akin to someone calling a mascara wand a tiny, make-up covered eye rake.
