I know quite few examples of single women wearing it, no man forced them.

So it's ok if a woman likes to be punched and jailed at home because "it's her decision"??

They chose it because their misogynistic religion tells them, as the other user say "if they choose to wear it, they are a lost cause"

Statistics, knowledge of history and cultures, rational thinking?

Please correct me if I make any grammar mistakes, I want to master English as much as possible.

And all this claims of "islamphobia" OMG

Yes I HATE ISLAM... but as well as I hate catholicism and most of the christian churches and any religion that promotes close minded behaviour, especialy homophobia.

Comparing a piece of clothes to punching and jailing? :awkney: Yikes.

If they choose to wear it, it's simply none of your (MEN's) business.

Even if they are "lost cause", you are nobody to judge them and force them to be fined for the way they choose to dress.

Okay, first.

The first one isn't a full-face veil.

Also, not every woman has to be a nun. I didn't say I agree with that either.

The second picture is just dumb.

Such stupid cartoon, and yes the first one with the "sister" it's a symbolism of opression too ._. ... even if not everybody has to be a nun

But, you know, in Muslim countries if women don't wear this, they can be literally punched, jailed, or stoned.

Also, it IS all of our business, because we don't want to accept such a form of hatred and oppression being promoted.

You never brought reliable statistics, I've seen you discussing these topics before so the knowledge of history and these cultures is absent too.

Rational? Maybe in your mind. It doesn't affect you in any way, you just want to control them, like the men you want to protect them from. It's other side of the coin.

Yes, good. Keep telling women what to wear and how to look.

I literally can't with men deciding what women are and aren't allowed to do. :smh:

Anyway, we went to far away from the actual topic.

If they want to ban this in banks, public and government buildings IT'S FINE!!. I can't wear a mask in a bank, so neither them should wear anything that covers their face.

Maybe it doesn't affect me in the short run, but in the long run, if such a thing will be promoted and seen as 'normal', it can open up a whole lot of room for oppression in the next years, even for our relatively developed society, then it will affect women drastically.

I just don't know why you think I am the bad guy here.

Is suggesting to women to feel free to show their face and feel like an actual human being wrong?

They are not hiding their face because they don't feel free or because they're afraid or because they don't feel like human being, that is all your assumption and prejudice. It just shows you know nothing about their cultures and beliefs, besides what you read on certain sites.
