I think he originally planned to discriminate the LGBT community but will now wait on it because backlash would be immense; look at what happened with the Muslim Ban. Like the protection from being discriminated in a store for your sexuality, and the other stuff Obama achieved towards sexual orientation and gender identity equality. I'm pretty sure him stopping the funding for social help of LGBT and the redirection of those funds to conversion therapy centers means he still doesn't care for the LGBT.
