Justo 1,192 Posted January 30, 2017 Share Posted January 30, 2017 Every day I wake up praying that the last couple of months have been nothing but a true nightmare, but the second I open a news website all I read about is "president Trump this, president Trump that" combined with articles about protests all over the world, and then I get sad. And I'm not even from the USA (but I'm planning to move there in a couple of years). Let's see if I'm still allowed to when the time comes. I think this muslim ban is unfair (and that's saying it mildly). Saying that every muslim is a terrorist is simply untrue and creates even more hatred towards these innocent people who have gotten a bad name because those terrorist claim they are doing what they do in the name of their religion, while in fact it has nothing to do with their religion at all. The USA is a mess right now. He better not get re-elected in 2021 or else I'll get really depressed. And to think that people thought of Trump as "the lesser of two evils". I don't really know what the deal was with Hillary Clinton since I'm an outsider but at least she had experience in politics. The fact that the USA is (I believe) the only country which doesn't elect their leaders based on the popular vote is out of this world. The Electoral College should be removed.
