White House discussing asking foreigners for social media info.

How would it even work? They are gonna look for everybody's social media or just for "suspicious people"? Cause it would take forever to go through everybody's chit chat. And they would walk on eggs trying to find a definition of "suspicios person".

If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.

Well that's not true. I'm talking about Christians from nations like Africa and Russia who commonly are very violent towards gays. FACTS

most of these people don't have the interest to come to the USA.

Also many of these homegrown terrorists post stuff like this as well.

Those should be monitored as well.

Denying entry based on social media could be abused such as not letting people in if they are anti-Trump or something :smh:

I doubt it. It would be too time consuming and costly. This just sounds like a scare tactic or a display of power.

5,511,366 people arrived from all over the world to US in the month of January 2016 according to http://travel.trade.gov/. God bless the people who'd be incharge of going through every person's social media and contact list. :emma: It's just not practical.

Vox has the best quote:

"If you’re Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS, why would you take a local Iraqi fighter who is currently defending your makeshift caliphate in Iraq and send him halfway around the world to try to sneak into the United States, acquire weapons in a country where he doesn’t even speak the language, and carry out an attack — all without being caught — when you could just pump out some propaganda and inspire an American to grab a gun and go shoot up the local mall?"

They are smart enough to know that there is no strategic value in sending fighters, currently needed in a civil war, to the U.S to buy guns and and carry out an attack on U.S soil.

Right... People from Africa and Russia have no 'interest to come to the USA' but ISIS are, for some reason, planning on sending men they need to fight in Syria and Iraq to the U.S....

You know ISIS generally tries to get U.S citizens out of the country right? To join them in the aforementioned civil wars?

If they want people to commit terrorist attacks in the U.S they will do so by spreading propaganda, through social media, to U.S citizens already in the country :oprah: It's what they have been doing for years and it's the most effective for them to organise terrorist attacks on U.S soil.

Between 2001 and 2015, more Americans were killed by homegrown right-wing extremists than by Islamist terrorists so maybe Trump should actually be demanding the info of all the supporters that voted for him... You know, for national security and that.

Trump will just pour more money into it. Just like he did with the border. We will be bankrupted in a couple years especially after the trade wars he will undoubtedly create.

He could start with Alex Jones who is a borderline terrorist.
