..."Of course, some things in life are free — for instance, halftime performer Lady Gaga. The NFL will pay upward of $10 million to produce a halftime show but doesn't pay the main act...."

Wait why are they mentioning this, I thought no one was getting payed to perform from past Halftime shows either. Am I wrong?

I know Katy Perry didn't get payed.

Gaga to NFL: You're giving me 10 million dollars to do the show. Giving me 10 million dollars. About 10 million dollars :rockstar:

I imagine that includes a lot more than just her production though.  Gaga doesn't get paid but there's probably 100s of staff that do as well.

Does anyone know what was the cost for the other Halftime Shows?

"When Beyoncé first performed at the Super Bowl--for free--in 2013, sources told FORBES that the total production cost was about $600,000.

More recently, some reports have put that number as high as $10 million (which seems high, given that top stadium concerts gross around $5 million)."

from Forbes.

Still looking for more receipts

...has anybody seen my disco stick?
