Not trying to knit pick but its actually kind of rude. "100K angry white people". Cool. Like okay, in reverse it would never be okay to say something like that.

I was shocked at how peaceful the protest today was though, it was refreshing considering the messes in the past few months.

Will you stop derailing the thread? Did you expect us to agree on every matter? Shame on me for sometimes agreeing with what you wrote and liking the comment, won't be doing that anymore. lol

Fact checking the facebook post this entire thread was created to discuss is derailing the thread. Got it. lol

Thanks.

Yes, but it's as if you're trying to blame Trump. If the results were reversed you as well as others wouldn't see a problem

I wasn't blaming anyone. And the results aren't reversed. It is as it is and my point stands. The people voted for Hillary.

We had a massive field of people. You saw that. Packed. I get up this morning, I turn on one of the networks, and they show an empty field. I'm like, wait a minute. I made a speech. I looked out, the field was, it looked like a million, million and a half people. They showed a field where there were practically nobody standing there. And they said, Donald Trump did not draw well. It's a lie.

Moby is wrong in his assessment of trumps inauguration crowd size-fact. However there is no doubt the crowd for the women's march was far greater than his inaugurations crowd

There weren't 100,000 people at the inauguration. There were well over 700,000 maybe even 1 million in one location. People of all colors and races were there as well.

ha no.

There were about 1 million in Washington alone marching and the rest of the world and American cities there were thousands marching in solidarity.

According to news reports, there were more people marching in Washinton than there were at his inauguration.

And there was little to no diversity at Trump's inauguration "crowd"

Trump is looking over a sea of people, no doubt.  But all the way to the monument is a loooong way.  It has shown a photo more filled in but still sparser back there and not reaching the monument.

Obama's first inauguration was packed in like sardines and filled everywhere.  But it was freezing temps, so all that body heat helped.

Trump press secretary looks like an idiot coming out there and saying it was the most watched ever for a president, when clearly not even close.   Even Obama's second inauguration, which would be less, is still higher than what Trump hit.  But Trump is the one that told everybody his would be the biggest ever.  Now he can't accept his numbers were much lower.  Also, his TV ratings were 30 million compared to Obama's 37.8 million in his first inauguration.

Trump is spinning his own version of the truth.  The authorities or whomever, by consensus, can only give estimates by adding factors together, but no one has ever disputed it's generally in the ballpark.  Of course, this is Baby Trump.  Give him his pacifier.  He told the press today it was 1. 4 million or some crazy number.  LOL

Here's previous presidents' numbers.

Barack Obama, 2013:  1 million

Barack Obama, 2009:  1.8 million (generally considered a record for people on the National Mall)

George W. Bush, 2005:  400,000

George W. Bush, 2001:  300,000

Bill Clinton, 1997:  250,000

Bill Clinton, 1993:  800,000

George H.W. Bush, 1989:  300,000

No I didn't. There weren't just 100,000 people at the inauguration. Give me a break, that is 100% a lie. There were close to 700,000-1,000,000. Obamas drew 1.8 million. Moby said something 100% inaccurate and it is fake news to say something like that.

Literally no one cares though.

The United States has had the Constitution in place for over 200 years with the Electoral College being the system to count votes. This isn't the first time it has happened, so don't act like it is. Take notes in history class

Last time it happened, the world was at the mercy of a walking catastrophe. George Bush. The system is wrong and the constitution doesn't alter the fact that America voted for Hillary.

Regardless, the marches are about what he plans to do, not who he stole a win from.

Repealing healthcare for many leaves them awaiting death.

Oh, and the small matter of 2m jobs lost when it's killed off. "Yay work!"

Moby lied. There were well over 700,000 people at Trump's inauguration in one location with people of all races and color, meanwhile the womens events were held in multiple locations with tons of celebrities.

my newsfeed provided an information that there has been 1,000,000 people
