It would be smart to release the next single 1-2 weeks before superbowl to get some radio stations adding it and then use SuperBowl to build momentum To release a single only after SuperBowl may not be quite as effective especially if she takes forever. Even with the support of a Superbowl performance a third single from Joanne will be dead in the water. Joanne is not resonating with the public in the way her past projects did.
