Rush 1,481
Funny how the media will completely ignore this because they're men.
The Fame Joanne 5,985
He's doing worse than Gaga did with ARTPOP but the media wont drag him for that, so it will not harm him as much as ARTPOP did for Gaga
Panchecco 17,634
well he might not be as successful as The Weeknd right now but I wouldn't say that he is having an ARTPOP moment

It's one of the biggest songs of 2016 for sure its sold way more than applause here and applause didn't get on the radio here at all. I'd say this is bruno's peak in the UK I've never heard him on the radio so much ever or talked about as much really. its always interesting for me to hear how differently artists perform in the UK compared the US. Thanks for sharing
River 116,996
24k Magic is like uptown Funk 0.2. this is why the song is selling good and it helped to the album promo and sales too.. but overall, he's a seasonal artist, he have his yearly hit and that's it.. So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy
ThenYouWakeUp 0
Who cares about streaming when you can do this http://www.billboard.com/articles/columns/pop/7587922/bruno-mars-24k-magic-tour-1-million-tickets-24-hours Underperforming? Maybe in spotify US only I guess but I just checked 24k Magic is 13th Global and has 300+ million views on YouTube. His albums also have outsold The Weeknd and many others in shorter timespan and he's only just began. Only Ed Sheeran or maybe Drake are slightly ahead but then they're the only once who can compete or match Bruno overall.
Killa 17,478
ARTPOP is Gaga's only, no one has a Born This Way
StrawberryBlond 14,865
The way things are going, I can't see him having any more hits from this album. The music just isn't good enough. And as there's only 8 other choices to make, I don't see many opportunities for it to be saved. The third album can be a killer. A lot of artists can start to go downhill from here. I didn't expect it to happen to Bruno after smashing with Uptown Funk and because he's a guy (the public are more loyal towards them), but it just shows it can happen to anyone. 9 hours ago, UK Monster said: 24K Magic is on the radio so much here. I'd say this is bruno's peak in the UK I've never heard him on the radio so much ever or talked about as much really. Just because it's on the radio doesn't mean everyone loves it. I'm in the UK as well and I don't think the song is as well known as his older stuff. He's becoming invisible. His other songs aren't sparking any interest either. This is nowhere near his peak. His debut album produced 3 UK #1 singles, a very rare thing (Just The Way You Are sold over 1.3 million, Grenade nearly 1 million and The Lazy Song over 700k). The album went to #1 and sold over 1.7 million copies to date. Although his follow-up album also went #1 and had good sales, it didn't have any #1's, but at least his tour was a decent success. After the uber smash of Uptown Funk, this era is nowhere near his peak. This is his first album hat failed to go #1 (#3, just like Joanne), his lead single only peaked at #5, his lowest peak for a lead to date. None of the other songs are making a dent. Yet, he has 14 UK arena dates to sell by April. This isn't his peak, this is his first flop. I don't forsee amazing things coming from this.
