Christina Aguilera: Resist the pressure your label forces you under; you're a legend and visionary and your work shouldn't continue to be hindered because of outside forces. Also, don't be so stubborn in regards to your vocals; your voice is amazing but you aren't immune to damage and taking lessons doesn't make you inferior. RELEASE YOUR ALBUM

Marina and the Diamonds: Quit implying you intend on resigning because you have nothing left to write about; significant events will always be apart of your life and you'll likely always have something to share.

Ariana Grande: I don't have much to say because so far you've shown constant improvement. Just don't stagger, keep it up, and you're bound to be legendary

Azealia Banks: Seek medical treatment, you're not just an angry, hateful woman and your music is too amazing for you to fade as such.

Mariah Carey: Keep making the amazing music you do, but similar to Lana, don't be afraid to slightly stray. Also, release your next album soon!

Allie X: You're brilliant, just release things quicker if you can! Also, not all songs need to be published; especially if they'll be on your upcoming album that's ways to go.

Lana Del Rey: I love your music and aesthetic but something just slightly strayed could be beneficial to you and the fans.

Lily Allen: Avoid controversy and the desire to clapback, focus on the music.

Sia: Don't become obsessed with mainstream success.

Ivy Levan: Get back in the studio

That's all for now; interesting thread :gaycat:

Gaga: Back to your old videos.

Ariana: Take notes from gaga's old videography.

Beyonce: You are not above doing interviews, so how about you do them. And end tidal, no one likes it.

I’m a simple guy to please, if you like Melodrama, we chill.

Gaga : enjoy what you have, you're rich, famous, talented, stop focusing on the negative and talking about it in every interview

Britney : Girl do something risky and not predictable please, you can do it

Madonna : Your conceptual albums are the best and I think you'd be more successful if you kept releasing "old music" from the 80's 90's 00's instead of following new music trends

Adam Lambert : you're perfect babe ♥

Ferras : A singer is supposed to release albums you know...

Rihanna : Love On The Brain, Consideration and Higher are the type of songs you should do. Work is TRASH

Honestly like I have such a wide taste and can live without new music from a fav artist for while I'm like "Meh".

Right now my currently consists of writing prose no one pays attention to.

Gaga: Stop listening to everyone around you and listen to your heart. They work for you, so being their boss, they ain't gonna drag or judge you harshly.

Katy: Stop following trends and being hip and cool like Madonna post HC by making young appealing videos. I'm all for sexy, but no more tacky and cheap green screen stuff like Dark Horse.

OP: Hmm let's play. Ok. Wait, I'm actually pretty much more than content with what everything Gaga's been doing. I pretty much trust Mariah to come up with quality music, but just in case, keep track of who manages you from time to time (she seems real sweet and that might be taken advantage of so I worry, same for Gaga too actually now that I think about it).

I guess if I had some notes at the back of my head, I really wish Lana had more promo for her work, not just around the time she releases, kinda like teasers. (where the hell is Life is Beautiful? It's a crime of artistry to have such a song vaulted away ). Shoutout to Selena, though I do wish she gave more towards finding more power in her voice. We all know Rihanna can capture an emotion and evoke it in her songs, but I guess with her it's more on consistency in performing? BRITNEY!! I hope you release things that are deeper in emotional context, more personal work, I hope that you find your voice again soon too.

Not really my "faves" but, I wish Beyonce could sound more emotional and vulnerable with her vocal delivery (it just seems so stiff sometimes). Ariana, although her voice has great range, I wish she'd really start pushing the envelope instead of just relying on her high notes (like we get it you can hit them, but technique needs to be more polished).

I've got a soft spot for Nicki, she's just so much fun. I hope she continues to come up with more music like from The Pinkprint, as to show the world that she's not just filled with crazed pop songslike Anaconda and Stupid Hoe.

The rest, I'd have a bit of personal trouble thinking of at the moment. Maybe new music would help :giggle:

That was longer than expected, but it comes from a place of love. Ok, happy New Year! :sara:

Oohhh, care to share?

Same with me too. I have a general soft spot for some of the artists in the pop category though, just me I guess.

I had a thread but meh, I'm too lazy.

Do you like Kingdom hearts?

I'll probably have an FFXV fic up there too, soon.

I've gotten to like a lot of what I've listened to. I'm makorly into Florence and The Machine currently, and just got Melanie Martinez's album...

And she's good, despite what every. damn. Lolita. cell. I have in my body is telling me.

LOOOOOOL no that's cool, I'll check the link out in a bit. Have somewhere to run off to for the next few hours.

I've never really paid much attention to it actually, though I do know some other friends who've mentioned it in past convos so I guess it wouldn't hurt to give it a try!

I've only started to really get into Florence's work, and I can appreciate some of M. Martinez' work too, but to be honest, with the latter, I just find a bit of her child persona a bit off putting. Will give her another look though, I listened to Mrs. Potato Head the other day and I can find value in the tracks sound.

Thank you!

Lols that's cool. It's still gonna be there, unless I've accidentally stumbled upon the plot twist of KH3. And square enix hunts me down to make sure I never exist.

My fav songs by Florence are: bedroom Hymns, HBHBHB, Girl with One Eye... I could go on.

That's how I also feel as well. i dislike her persona, the fetishization of lolita that comes with it. he makes great songs, and reminds me of Nicole Dollanganger.

Welcomes!
