So "1 million new jobs" is actually a total falsehood. Sure, services like eBay and Etsy are available to become "jobs" to millions of Americans already, where you can already sell your knitted scarves and printed t-shirts to a global marketplace. But they aren't 'jobs' in the sense such headline would lead you to believe, I'm sure you understand. So why did Trump and Ma pull this publicity stunt today? Alibaba wants to expand to U.S. in 2017 but they needed their stocks to go up so they can fully invest in the U.S.. Meeting with a President-elect of US definitely has that effect. And why did Trump? Because this way Trump can fool innocent people like you into believing he's doing "good" and distract you from what he/his team is doing behind the scenes. In reality, they are currently doing literally EVERYTHING they can to take away from small businesses and individuals for the benefit of giant corporations. Have you taken a look at his cabinet picks? Surely you must know by now that this is literally the only thing the Republican party really cares about and has been for decades?
