my point was that riahnna took the exact same bvocals, every note, every breath. same same same. she lacks originality and talent for me. (rihanna). Also, Rexa's vocals can be very annoying, but she sure does have a talent for composition and writing

I knew what u meant, it is true. but it's not the only and first time Rihanna had some Vocals from the Originall Songwriter in the final Version. Listen to the Background Vocals of Diamonds u can clearly hear Sia singing some "Ohs" =) Rihanna was never the Artist known for the own work tbh.

The pre-chorus shouldn't be hard at all. Nothing about it is particularly challenging. Laying down should've made it easier for her as well, since the diaphragm is more relaxed, making it easier to breathe.

I just genuinely don't find her very talented vocally. I've seen other performances of hers too and some of them were horrific.

But if you like her bops, power to you and keep boppin' :chica:.

hmm i dont know how true the bit of laying down is. my chorus teacher use to have us lay down and sing in class because if you can sing good like that you would sound great just standing. theres more pressure on your diaphragm when your laying down.

Not really. When you lay down the muscles surrounding your diaphragm allow it to descend and fill your lungs more effortlessly, meaning better breathe support.

But different singing methods teach different things.

I really like the video, I think it's sexy and well directed (except the scene with the starts in the background, that's a mess). The song is nothing special but fun

except when you lay down gravity is directly impacting your lungs. making it harder to release air and push out.
