She has a unique style in her lyrics, music and fashion sense and her attitude - when not just insulting or racist was actually refreshing. You would watch interviews where she is like "Idgaf" and calling out music radios and publications for telling her to focus on the music when that's there job and be like "Damn, this person actually has opinions and doesn't sugar coat ****." When she would call out artists like Iggy, for stuff like when Iggy calls herself a “runaway slave master.” by saying stuff like “I’m pro-black girl… I’m not anti-white girl, but I’m also not here for anyone outside of my culture trying to trivialise very serious aspects of it.” You could tell she was intelligent and switched on. The racist rants at Zayne, the homophobic slurs, the physical assaults.... That stuff is what really ****ed her up and understandably so. Hopefully she can actually get her **** together, stop with the offensive stuff, get effective help for her problems and move on. I feel like she is another artist whose boisterous, opinionated, uncompromising personality leads to great work and music but a tumultuous personal life. The girl whose biggest hit had her repeating c*nt throughout and whose debut single from her time at Interscope was this harsh industrial beat featuring her screaming into a loudspeaker probably wasn't the type of girl that was shy and super approachable. People these days are too sensitive lmao, probably will complain on vlog on how their employer trying to harass them when in reality they just asked them to do their job properly. or something. Dissing was not the problem. People being too sensitive was not the problem. Being a racist, a transphobe, a xenophobe and a homophobe publicly was the problem. She had it coming. She has said hersef at her core that is not who she is, and oddly enough despite all the erratic behavior I believe her. She was an art school student. An incredible education, and she was more into acting and singing. Rap was an avenue for her...... and in the beginning she was playing all the right cards. I think many of us mourn for this loss because it sounds very similar to Gaga's beginnings.... new york... art.... educated... talented.... hungry.... overcoming adversity.
