That's the confusing factor lol The only reason I can think of is that Ke$ha and Gaga were discussing Katy and Luke. X amount of celebs have spoken about Luke but Katy has remained pretty quiet. It could literally be a message discussing that if Katy was on side, she would have more evidence. If Luke found out about this message it could be used to argue that Ke$ha was trying to pressure witnesses etc. We probably won't find out and it's too hard to speculate but it's got to be relevant to the case if this is true. Luke has the rights to show that text to Katy and to see if the statement (in the text -whatever Gaga and Kesha talked about) is true.
