IfĀ it was theĀ embarrassment / lack of confidence that caused this I hope she can get over it. hELXIG 43,098 Posted January 1, 2017 Share Posted January 1, 2017 I am willing to understand and cut her some slack if there were technical issues, but the fact that she didn't even try and just walked around the stage, telling the audience to sing, in a huff, lip synced, etc is all hugely unprofessional. Highly disappointing!Ā Also, there were parts where she was clearly lip syncing, very obviously. That all had to be planned before the show. So even though there were technical issues, she still had planned to lip sync her way through at least parts of it. She's so incredibly rich and has tonnes of free time. If she wants to respect herself and her own career, she will need to invest some time and effort into her future instead of resting on her past success to coast through disasters like this. It's just how life is she'll recover from it and she'll come back fiercer than ever there's no need for excessive drama Spoiler although I will admit that she's a pro and she's been in the industry for a long time so I was expecting her to at least try to stay calm and end the performance gracefully (?)...
