The people saying "it's too sexual/creepy", "it will ruin her image", "it's not hit worthy", are closeted little bottomsters who are afraid they won't resist the urge to pop their p*ssy when they hear this song in public, revealing their true identity. I would argue artists sell differently depending on their current image. I think that the case for Gaga is she needs to wait with apparent sexual singles until the next album. And then make the singles god damn thought out properly

I'll hold firm until next year's nuclear war wipes us all out of existence that DIC is good single material. A few strange synth sounds and a whispery hook don't overpower the undeniable groove. Britney's "I'm A Slave 4 U" has got some weird sounds in it but it's in her greatest hits roster so I think Gaga, the pop queen of strange, won't be harmed by DIC.

the only reason i wouldn't want Gaga to release DIC is because the reggae/dancehall trend in music was HUGE in 2016, but its already dying out. it will just seem like she's late to the party, and like the same woman who used to set the trends in pop music is now following them. i cant see another Cheap Thrills/One Dance/Sorry/Side to Side coming up out of nowhere in 2017 and truly dominating like those songs did. It should've been released in summer 2016 while that sound was still "fresh".
