If it was cancer they would have said which makes me think he died from AIDS which wouldn't be surprising with the lifestyle he led. RIP beautiful man. Please don't speculate and spread rumors, I don't see anything different in his lifestyle from many other non famous people, he was just in the spotlight. He had years long monogamous relationships. No one dies from AIDS anymore, unless you're in Africa or some third world nation with out access to medicine. Magic Johnson has had AIDS since 1991. He has lived more years with AIDS than some people on this forum have been alive. But your second suspicion of Cancer is more than likely correct. I doubt it was drugs. Usually a massive coranary or heart failure is followed by news of an overdose. So it doesn't seem like it was drugs.
