Without those 40,000 copies sold in Brazil the WW number would be 660,00. Now, talking about charts and the requisites that define if an album is a flop or not, only US matters. It doesn't matter how an album is doing in UK, Canada etc, if it doesn't sell well in US it'll be considered a flop. And have you already noticed that Gaga rarely trends on twitter?
