Apparently the two Hispanic women were together and one was paying for her things when the other added a few items to the transaction. I don't believe that qualifies as "cutting" but I can see why an impatient Christmas week shopper could get angry. 

 

Her ear anger however was completely out of line. Her cutting in line just brought out all these nasty derogatory comments and it's great someone caught it on video. Save that racist, stereotype language for the klan meetings, she should have just read her for cutting in line or anything else relevant.

As someone who has worked in retail, older white women are honestly the worst. They get very volatile and take anything that doesn't go there way as a personal attack. This woman thinks getting "cut in front of" in line was a personal slight against her and grossly attacked the two women.

I've seen these women use coupons that say what and when they can be used, then berate me for it not working. "Well you all should make it clearer!" Yea lady, this cashier prints the coupons...
