I would've called out that woman. Even if they did cut in line, that doesn't serve you the right to act that way. Just shameful.

I mean... they're not 'victims,' they're victims. I get your point, but you shouldn't downplay their victimization. Were they rude in supposedly cutting in line? Yes, if it did occur, but once that woman opened her mouth to say what she did, they became victims, without the quotes

Don't take it personally, though, I do get your point, but language plays a huge role in how we see others and ourselves. If we allow ourselves to call the victimized 'victims' then we are instigating a notion of inferiority, inferiority in the sense that one is not worth of such recognition of certain terms. It's the same thing with visual media wherein you can sometimes distinguish the symbolism in a piece to reflect how we perceive and are perceived by others based on something as insignificant as the color tone of a certain dress, the manner in which one dresses, the manner in which they are physically or mentally treated in such media

Glad they are canceling that woman from entering that mall for life though

It is truly sad and disgraceful to see this kind of behavior from this white woman. I hope she doesn't claim to be a Christian. Christ would have never acted that way. Her behavior was hateful, despicable and deplorable. Thank you video maker for bringing this situation into the public eye. I'm glad that this woman will be banned from this mall. Her hateful speech is inappropriate inside the US. If you see something like this, please record it. If possible, say something. We cannot tolerate hate speech from US citizens or PEOTUS Trump. So many Trump supporters are upset with political correctness. So this hateful behavior is acceptable now?  I'd rather have PC over this deplorable behavior that has become acceptable by the Republican leadership.   SMH
