Doesn't NFL demand it to be pre-recorded?

Yep, but that basically means just that its played with a 20 or something seconds delay - so its live, they just play it with delay so another nip slip doesnt happen.

She'll sing live, even if she doesn't sound very good, simply because she's stubborn like that. I bet she'll have a backtrack though, to support her.

You only lip it if you're garbage.

Prince didn't,  Bruce didn't,  hell even the black eyed peas didn't!

Michael Jackson did

More importantly.... will it be dark outside because I want some great lighting??

Yes it will be dark.

And I think she'll sing live - Bey made a big deal that she did, and I don't think Gaga would lip the biggest performance of her life, especially when she's a terrible lip syncer and it would be majorly obvious.

Yay very relieved, I felt like the 2016 halftime show would've been less underwhelming if it wasn't in broad daylight

MJ lip-synced nearly all his live performances at that time in his career, though.

It seems like the Sun usually sets during the half-time show, so we get a variety of lighting.

It will be dark by the time the half time starts. The sun sets here in Houston around 6 pm during the winter and the half time show is usually around 7 pm

She wont want to

But she might have to. NFL requires it so ive heard

They put loads of money into this production and dont want to risk it failing 😶
