What if they were being kicked out for something else?

Don't get me wrong, it's bizarre if true, it's just that I have a hard time believing that a company that big are that stupid.

This is their official statement

They don't specify what caused the disturbance. Adam just tweeted he's going to see his lawyer.

The reaction from passengers definitely looks real and worrying. Only one person stood up for him.

Yes they can.

In my opinion, Gaga can't sing. Wrong.

Clearly you don't understand the meaning of an opinion.

'Gaga can't sing' - an opinion held by many, maybe because they don't appreciate her style of singing, don't like her tone etc.

An opinion isn't necessarily based on fact and therefore, it cannot be wrong.

This happens so often now, even if you're later able to sue, who knows if you'd win the case if so many people in justice system are xenophobic too.

Why are airlines giving in to bigoted uneducated people who feel "uncomfortable" because of a foreign language?

You wouldn't win that case

A private company such as Delta is allowed to pull anyone they want off the plane to do extra screening whenever they want for whatever reason

You really think a court is going to tell a private airline that they can't have extra screening/security?

I understand that this case is a little extreme but I MUCH rather have an airline err on the side of too much security rather than too little.

Most importantly: I do not what flight crew/security to be too scared they might be sued for being "xenophobic" so they let someone suspicious go threw unchecked. Just like wearing a face covering in public can hide your identity, speaking a different language can hide other things as well.

Still, better judgement could have been used in this case. However, had he not pulled out his phone and refused to step off the plane for a second, they probably would have let him right back on.

And you don't understand the meaning of racism.

They can all have that opinion, it's still wrong.

Clearly you also don't understand the meaning of bigotry.

Bigotry - intolerance towards those who hold different opinions from oneself.

Nothing to do with feeling discomfort because of somebody speaking a language.

I don't have aspirations of working for an airline. Thanks for the advice though.

Too many howevers. I know you like to infringe on other people's rights "just to be safe", you justified this behavior before, it doesn't mean it's right. You might as well put a sign "no Arabs allowed" or airline's page. Just to be more on the safe side.

#BoycottDelta was trending for hours, maybe they'll change their behavior when they start losing money.

Also your last sentence, you have no way of knowing that.
