A lot of people are nervous on a plane so the fact they heard a few arabic words could make them uncomfortable but that is no excuse to kick people off a plane, they paid for the ticket and went through tough security. USA airports have the tightest security so there is no way a terrorist could slip through, there were so many people on the plane so even if there was a threat it could have been taken care of. I feel really bad for them and there is no excuse for this type of behavior on an airport, just because they speak Arabic does not make them terrorists. The video shows racism.
