This is true in all humane societies and shelters and even veterinary hospitals. There are SO many abandoned to stray to feral animals reported and or taken in, but so few actual active supporters. If everyone that posted their support actually lent a hand or took in even a single animal, this would be a very different world.

The coat looks ok (My shoes are mostly leather and I like eating meat, I'd feel like a flaming hypocrite if I judged somebody wearing fur. however I think buying vintage pieces instead of furthering the industry is the better option if you like the aesthetic).

Im against fur not because of animals but because how freakin stupid it always looks no matter who wears it, these people pay insane amounts of money for a carcass that makes them look like a fat plushie

Can people stop acting like PETA is 100% terrible. I don't agree with everything the organization does and it definitely wouldn't be the animal rights organization I'd want to support most, but animal rights would basically be nonexistent without PETA. And to those saying you're disappointed he wore fur because he looks tragic in it..... Come on. If you're not against fur for the animals you need to reevaluate your morals. I also think the "well it's the same as eating meat" argument is weak as I and many others who protest fur are vegan or vegetarian. To say that eating meat is as bad wearing fur, and continuing to do both or one of them just shows that you value your own comfort and lifestyle over animals lives.
