I'm as much of a liberal feminist as one can be, and I've tried very hard to like Dunham, but I really just can't stand her. She just comes across as very attention-seeking and disingenuous to me.

Their motivations are on polar opposite ends of the spectrum, but I suppose they both excel at getting people shook.

It is interesting that the Left is now less accepting of it's transgressive public figures (Lena) then the Right is of their transgressive public figures (Milo Yiannoppulous, Trump, etc.)

Exactly. I still regret mine 14 years later and the guilt has almost driven me to suicide multiple times. I'll never forget the doctor patting me on the knee afterwards and saying "now you can forget this ever happened and move on with your life. You're gonna be ok". That just pissed me off. I had my child scraped and suctioned out of my body and you treat it like I broke a window from playing baseball in the house?!? **** you. So many people said I took the easy way out. She never raped or molested her sister, if you have reasons to dislike her then use REAL reason, either personal opinions or real facts, don't make stuff up or exaggerate. Child psychologists have read the passage in her book (as I assume you haven't) and said that it was not molestation, it was childhood curiosity, nothing more. I don't see you as anti-feminist or a meninist, I just think you are, for some odd reason, blurring and exaggerating the truth. Many people have truly been molested by family members when young, I being one of them, and pretending like what Lena did is molestation is insulting. Read the book, not internet bullsh*t.
