ShockPop 7,747
I decided that, since I've followed Gaga since the beginning-ish, I've come across alot of fallen-through ideas (and promises), stellar performances, performances that didn't go to plan... SCRAPPED PERFORMANCES (Looking at you, VMA, Brit Awards, X Factor 2013, Grammy's 2016)... I've decided to look at her collaborators, her past, her future, her musicality and put together what I imagine could very well be the BEST superbowl perfomance of all time (no hype, let's keep it low key). So, in the words of the lady herself "Here we go!"... The beginning.. The Edge of Glory Gaga in full silhouette epicness giving us the vocal powerhouse introduction we needed. She starts at the chorus and gives us the outro and that's enough for us for now. A-yo "Heeeeere we go!" The party gets started as dancers jump up out of all the smoke and begin the choreography. During the dance break, Gaga approaches a giant box with a mirror in it and disappears. Just Dance Collaborating with Intel and using their 3d hologram technology (which creates holograms that are as solid as a real item, opaque, and can have things hidden inside... like Ladies and Gagas) Gaga changes her outfit inside the "mirror" she disappeared into and emerges seconds later for her first hit. Using Intel's 3d hologram technology once more, Gaga is joined by some iconic backing dancers for the track: Gaga's "Dopplegagas" sync with her choreography for Just Dance. Gaga exits the cube as the remix ending kicks in and dancers everywhere lose their collective sh1t. Gaga mounts a mechanical people-horse that makes its way across the field. Applause & Paparazzi Medley Surrounded by a hoard of clapping dancers, Gaga makes her way on horseback to the stage with lights beaming up and a piano in the middle. Million Reasons Gaga blasts out part of "Million Reasons" at the piano (which is adorned with press clippings). The obvious commentary is that she lives for the Applause, but the Paparazzi love her so much they'll kill her, so she has a Million Reasons to walk away. She's Caught in a bad romance of sorts. Bad Romance Gaga begins with the chorus at the piano - SNL style like she first played it. Then bells ring "For Whom the Bell tolls" leads into" metal style... Gaga takes off her glasses and places them down as Metallica rise from under the stage and Gaga joins them for.. Enter Sandman Gaga takes off the large fluffy coat she put on during the horse segment and reveals a stripped down rockier vibe she she rocks the hell out of Houston. Gaga leaves Metallica to do their thing as she goes off to change her outfit. Out of the fog, Brian May plays some epic riffs as Metallica dissapear. Queen play the instrumental of Radio Gaga as Gaga takes to the stage wearing a black pvc catsuit and ridiculous heels. Radio Gaga The stage lights up with Gaga's name over and over again as Brian kills it with a guitar solo to close the track. Born This Way Full Choreography for this as the stage turns into the american flag Poker Face This descends into near chaos as the field of dancers all break out into a synchronized routine and it looks like a swarm of migrating birds. The lights all die out and we are back at the start again.. Diamond Heart Gaga Dramatically sings "Young wild American, come on baby do you have a girlfriend, rain on me a million, I might not be flawless but you know I've got a diamond heart" That's it! Finer details should be included, obviously, but I feel that this very much tells the story of Lady Gaga, shows her versitility, skills etc. I'd die happy. swordstalker 1,829
This is too good to be true. Enter Sandman does make the most sense because it's by a legendary, all-American band and everyone knows this particular stadium banger, but this track doesn't really lend itself to a duet between Gaga and James. Or were you thinking that it would be a solo Gaga cover in terms of vocals?
TCHIKITAH 2,810
I still think she's going to try to play every instrument possible

Gaga singing along during the chorus, which will be pretty much the whole stadium's karaoke tbh
swordstalker 1,829
Just now, ShockPop said: Gaga singing along during the chorus, which will be pretty much the whole stadium's karaoke tbh Hmm yeah I could see that; kind of like the Gimme Shelter performance with Mick. I get the feeling she would have great chemistry with James. Just imagine the transition from airy, emotional ballad (Million Reasons) to powerhouse dance pop vocals (Bad Romance) to Gaga's signature proto-metal growl (Enter Sandman). No one will be able to deny her performance skills and unparalleled versatility
ShockPop 7,747
It just dawned on me that I missed out what could have been the greatest moment in superbowl history. Gaga answering a telephone "Hello... I'm at the superbowl... Are you here yet?" And the PU$$Y WAGON speeds into the stadium through a parade of fireworks and it parks up next to the stage as smoke, lights and ostrich feathers cover the door... And Tony Bennett steps out to sing firefly! I would laugh so freakin hard!
YaaaasGaga 6,119
Oh. My. God. Just had a thought that would blow the world away... What if her Super Bowl performance... ... was the continuation of THE PAPARAZZI/TELEPHONE VIDEOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know how it would work but that could legit be the biggest surprise she's ever done!
