There's no use to try to unify the country in this socio-politico-economical climate. Maybe not North & South, but like, a way to differentiate the two mentalities. You stand against a man who intends to build walls but you're also in favour of building walls? The answer is not separating and ignoring that an issue exists. The answer is in coming together and figuring out how the issue can be minimized for everyone.
