babyboo 965
my personal views: confident, raw, unapologetic. empowering almost the whole noughties female artists were oversexualizing themselves. it's great in the beginning but a fresh change was due. then gaga appear, with her whole disco glam aesthetic, owning being different and making light of stereotypical femininity with her cock rubbing movement and raw but polished views on subjects such as LGBT issues made her just.. stands out. it was just a time when people are thirsty for america to be more liberal, when glee was on air and stuffs. gaga was a huge part of that puzzle. so all in all: all the right ingridients at the right time. if she debut now with what she did i doubt it would make much of an impact as now we're leaning towards a more clean, coservative way of everything (or at least so it seems which is gross)
