Usually in my facebook home I see like 200/300 monsters sharing Gaga's official videos, now basically 50. It is doing "bad" because it had no hype and the song isn't a big hit. PI would have done the same if it wasn't premiered on Scream Queens and a heavily anticipated lead single. She may have some headwinds currently, but lets recap: #1 album, second-best debut behind Beyonce (US + WW), 200k+ debut US and 300K WW, Super Bowl performer, 500k SPS in US already with 700k WW, #3 best selling female album put out in 2016, etc etc. I don't think we need to use disappointment as a springboard to being super dramatic lol. Don't you think that If it was a good video people would have shown interest in it? It hasn't replay value at all, I watched 3 times for example. And I'm a huge fan. People seem to forget (not you, just in general) that all of the other singles after bombed and Rise crashed and burned with Clinton's campaign.
