That only happens to the huge hits (it's on the same level as 24k Magic for example). I knew, from the moment she performed Million Reasons at the Dive Bar Tour, that this song would be a smash hit in my country. That's why I wanted this song to be a single so damn hard. Just for selfish reasons, because I wanted my country to stan for my queen again. Naaah, just kiddin'... A bit. If this songs rise to the top 10 on iTunes again, other radio stations in the Netherlands have to play the song + it will chart in the official Top 40 too. Maybe Belgium will follow too, since there is a Q-Music in Belgium too. Since it's a hit in my country (the country that really ignored everything with the name Gaga over the past years) already, I believe anything could happen. First some other radio stations need to spin it. It's interesting to track her iTunes position after Q played it. It bumps to the 30's everytime they spin it between 7-10 AM or between 16-19 PM to fall very quickly back to the 60's or 70's after +/- 2 hours. If more radio stations start spinning it, it will be a hit for sure. Also: Dutch Monster should really get their coins ready for some spins for Serious Request next week.
