Well it doesn't make an impact as in the US of course, but I know the Half Time Show is always talked about here in the Netherlands. I don't know if that's the same for the rest of Europe. Thereby her Oscars, Grammy and SB performances last year did make an impact and Joanne is way more likable then ARTPOP was for the GP. I still think she could pull off an arena tour here. But, except for France, UK and maybe Germany I think she won't have more then one date in each country.
