Simple, how I like, I'm kinda tired of the 8 minutes long movie-videos

After Paparazzi-BR and Telephone, we raised our expectations from her and wanted every video to be a big production and at the end the videos always felt so forced like "this is what they want from me so I must do it".. but we never gave a single thought like.. does she want it to be that way? does she happy to create them?!

We made her unhappy.. and now she's happy, maybe some fans are not, but who cares? it's her career, not yours.. one fan will go, a new one will come..

This to me, seems as the unhappiest I have ever seen Gaga.

This discussion is not about making fans or losing them. We critique because we do care. Because we do love her.

When you see someone so capable of artistic greatness and someone who is such a staple in the creative world it is hard not to feel disappointment.

On the contrary, producing and releasing material like the MR video (not the music!) in my eyes conforms more to the "this is what they want from me so I must do it" mentality you mentioned.

Judas, You & I, MtN was her in her element.

so you think that she enjoys all these people shading her and hating her because what she's doing now isn't what she was doing before. you think she thinks thats caring?

Wow this place is shook.  I don't know what to say, to be honest.  Its obvious that the videos from this era are reflecting the music.  Other than saying she's still getting my coins, I'll leave it at that.

8Bit Heart

So she basically filmed half of the Million Reasons MV together with that A-Yo Apple Music commercial with the same box she sat on. Wow.

I would totally be here for this simple/stripped-back era if she were slaying the critics. She's not. Joanne got very mixed reaction, especially one really horrible major one from the NYT.

Honestly, if she weren't such an AMAZING performer and personality, I would probably have turned in my stan card a while ago.

But I'm sticking around, because she'll always fascinate me. I'll always be interested in what she does next. And that's enough for me.

I really didn't know what to expect from this video and now that I've seen it, I'm really unsure about my feelings.
