How do you take care of yourselves?

when I get angry with someone, I go out, take some random bus or train and ride for around 2-3 hours. I don't live in my home town for over 3 years now so it's not boring at all to just sit, look out the window, and think of something nice and listen to music of course. If I had a car I'd be doing the same thing. :interestinga:

I used to live several miles from school and the buses were slow af with traffic and everything, so I loved to just sit and listen to music too. I come across a nice stranger with a cool story now and then. You're living in an urban area now??

No, actually I'm living in a whole different country now. But I don't find it necessary to update my bio.

Music does amazing things. When I;m not listening to a song on repeat, I usually go to dance classes and the gym. If things get really bad I just end up driving around, to beach all along the coast listening and do some night shore walking. It's really pretty, being lit under the moonlight while the waves sorta just ripple and wane.

Yes, I also do love partying in moving houses as seen in that one Bacardi tv ad.

It must have been a terrible experience, watching them fall. It's fortunate that it brought you closer. My sisters and I have had our ups and downs too but as we grow older, we're learning to be each other's support systems. You're very lucky to have a supportive older sibling. I'm the eldest and the pressure of taking care of my siblings gets to me sometimes.

Lol I'm the middle child and my youngest sister is 20. She's in college now and I just exist when she needs money lol. Lol she'll call me up "hey I need money for groceries. Dad won't give me any" lol. She loves me in her own twisted way lol

I love you monsters. I'd be unfixably broken without you

I like to have a nice steamy bubble bath and pour my incident expressive matched perfume into it and read a fine book and spend some days to myself and my wide thoughts. I have a crash and reload session, but I have recently thought that I shouldn't only indulge in these things when I am stressed or hit rock bottom, I should always be treating myself good and being kind to myself and We All Should.

It would most likely help us in our lives and show up in how we treat others daily.

The future's uncertain and the end is always near.

Agree with everything you said. I think we put too much pressure on ourselves sometimes. I've learnt a lot from hitting rock bottom too. Thanks for sharing your methods. I'd love to just lounge in a bubble bath and read a book some day too.
