Well the tour was not not doing well. I think her hip was just one of many reasons she cancelled. She probably had mental and other physical health issues. As for if she cares or not idk. She got so depressed and lost confidence when ARTPOP underperformed so one could say she does care. But now with Joanne she doesn't seem to have a care in the world for how it does. I say she did care but after ARTPOP and c2c she realized she doesn't need or want success.

Of course she lies. That said, it's not in a malicious way or anything, she may exaggerate things here and there, but that doesn't mean that she's a liar.
