It's LAX International Arrivals Building. It's their "job" to be stationed there all the time and take pictures/videos of all celebrities coming through. The same applies to JFK. Secondly, celebrities do not walk/take the taxis from the airports. There's transportation ready waiting by the terminal. Once you see Rolls Royce picking somebody up, it's a no-brainer. Japan = a little more avant-garde, France = very haute-couture, UK = almost like "classic" Gothic Gaga, and the US = more her general Joanne look, even though that's spread out a bit everywhere (the hate, mostly).
