She was with Troy until November 2013, of course she wouldn't talk smack about him. He was still her manager at that point.

Didn't she also say that she didn't realize it was her hip that was the source of the pain? That she just hurt everywhere and was exhausted? I think she probably told Troy the shows and schedule was taking a toll on her but didn't know exactly what was wrong, and he probably ignored that and said stick it out. Or maybe she was discussing her issues with depression with him and he told her to just keep going instead of giving her a break. 

It sounds like she made it known to him that something was wrong and he just kept putting her on the road and overbooking her for appearances and things. She could've kept the body pain a secret while still letting him know she felt overworked. We can't really know.

I think she meant she hid it from the people who she works with directly every day while on tour, like her assistants, dancers, ect and told her manager and people who are higher up, but they didn't care.
